Kady Traore is a professional Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and Nanny with over 10 years of experience caring for New York City’s youngest residents. In addition to her NCS and Doula certifications, Kady is certified in Special Needs Care. She works exclusively with first-time parents – the families who most need calm, expert guidance in those overwhelming early weeks.
Her greatest qualification is her devotion to children. As a mother of two herself, caring for babies comes naturally to Kady, and helping a new family find its footing gives her a deep sense of fulfillment. Your child’s safety is always her first priority: Kady does not smoke, does not drink, has a clean criminal record, and is happy to provide a background check on request.

Whole-family support
Postpartum Doula
In the first months after birth, most families need a little extra support – and first-time parents need it most. Where a Newborn Care Specialist focuses on the baby, a doula cares for the whole family. The early postpartum period is full of joy and love, but it can also bring chaos and self-doubt as you find your “new normal.” I’m there to nurture mom’s recovery, guide feeding and soothing, take a shift so you can rest, and gently teach you everything you need to feel confident with your newborn.

Baby Nurse
Newborn Care Specialist (NCS)
A Newborn Care Specialist is a highly trained expert in infant care. I have extensive experience with multiples and premature infants, and I specialize in establishing healthy feeding and sleep habits from day one. Where a nanny grows with your family for years, an NCS is there for the first precious weeks and months – setting strong routines and teaching first-time parents the skills and confidence to carry on.

The best of both worlds, and my most popular option for first-time families. I begin as your Newborn Care Specialist – establishing feeding and sleep routines through those first tender weeks – then transition seamlessly into your dedicated nanny as your baby grows. One trusted caregiver through every stage, with no stranger for your little one to adjust to.

Newborn through the early years
Full-time / Part-time Nanny
As your nanny, I provide far more than supervision – I partner with you to keep your baby happy, healthy, and thriving. My focus is infant and early-childhood care: keeping feeding and nap routines on track, bottle prep and diapering, tummy time, safe sleep, and sensory play that supports each new milestone. I prepare baby’s meals and purees, keep the nursery and bottles clean and organized, do baby’s laundry, and plan gentle, age-appropriate outings – library story times, the park, and play dates – so your little one stays stimulated and social.
